Reinvent NY ハラスメント防止方針
1. ポリシーの目的
Reinvent NY は、すべての従業員が安全で尊重される職場環境を維持することを最優先に考えています。当社の社員は、社内外を問わず、いかなる形のハラスメントも受けることなく業務を遂行できる権利を持っています。本ポリシーは、ビジネスパートナー・クライアントからのハラスメント に対して、当社が毅然とした対応を取ることを明確にするものです。
2. ハラスメントの定義
本ポリシーにおいて、ハラスメントとは、以下を含むがこれに限定されない、不適切で攻撃的な行為を指します。
•身体的ハラスメント: 不適切な接触、脅迫、攻撃的な行動
•言葉によるハラスメント: 侮辱的な発言、中傷、威圧的な言動、差別的な発言
•性的ハラスメント: 望まない性的言動、不適切なジェスチャー、性的な要求
•精神的ハラスメント: 長時間の拘束、無理な要求、執拗なプレッシャー
•経済的ハラスメント: 不当な値引き要求、不払い、契約違反
3. クライアントによるハラスメントへの対応
Reinvent NY は、社員がクライアントからハラスメントを受けた場合、以下の対応を取ります。
1.即時報告: 社員は、ハラスメントを受けた場合、速やかに直属の上司または会社のハラスメント窓口に報告してください。
2.調査と対応: 会社は、報告内容を速やかに調査し、必要な対応を行います。
3.警告・契約解除: ハラスメント行為が確認された場合、当該クライアントに対し正式な警告を行い、必要に応じて取引停止または契約解除を行います。
4.法的措置: 悪質なケースについては、法的措置を検討し、従業員の安全を最優先とします。
5.サポートの提供: ハラスメントを受けた社員には、必要に応じてカウンセリングや法的アドバイスを提供します。
4. 従業員の責任
•すべての社員は、本ポリシーを理解し、ハラスメントを許容しない姿勢を維持することが求められます。
•ハラスメントを目撃した場合は、被害者の同意を得た上で、会社へ報告することが推奨されます。
•不適切な行為を受けた場合でも、冷静に対応し、エスカレーションの手順に従って適切な報告を行ってください。
5. ポリシーの適用範囲
このポリシーは、社内外の業務に関わるすべての従業員、業務委託者、パートナーに適用されます。また、クライアント、取引先、外部関係者とのやり取りにおいても適用され、違反が認められた場合は相応の対応を行います。

1. Purpose of the Policy

This policy specifically clarifies that harassment from clients will not be tolerated and that the company will take firm action against such behavior.
2. Definition of Harassment
For the purposes of this policy, harassment is defined as any inappropriate or offensive behavior, including but not limited to:
•Physical Harassment: Unwanted physical contact, threats, or aggressive behavior
•Verbal Harassment: Insults, defamation, intimidation, or discriminatory remarks
•Sexual Harassment: Unwanted sexual advances, inappropriate gestures, or sexual demands
•Psychological Harassment: Excessive pressure, unreasonable demands, or prolonged intimidation
•Economic Harassment: Unjustified demands for discounts, refusal to pay, or contract violations
3. Response to Client Harassment
If an employee experiences harassment from a client, Reinvent NY will take the following actions:
1.Immediate Reporting: Employees should report any harassment to their direct supervisor or the company’s harassment response team as soon as possible.
2.Investigation and Action: The company will promptly investigate the report and take appropriate action.
3.Warning and Contract Termination: If harassment is confirmed, the client will receive an official warning, and in severe cases, the company may suspend or terminate the business relationship.
4.Legal Action: If necessary, the company will pursue legal measures to protect the affected employee.
5.Support for Employees: Employees who experience harassment will receive counseling or legal advice if needed.
4. Employee Responsibilities
•All employees must understand and adhere to this policy, maintaining a zero-tolerance stance toward harassment.
•If an employee witnesses harassment, they should encourage the victim to report it and, with their consent, report it to the company.
•Employees should respond calmly and follow proper escalation procedures if they experience inappropriate behavior.
5. Scope of Application
This policy applies to all employees, contractors, and partners engaged in company-related activities. It also extends to interactions with clients, business partners, and external stakeholders. Any violation will result in appropriate action.
