In 2019, he moved to New York and founded Reinvent NY Inc. and He is a licensed realtor in NYC. He is also the only Japanese person a of part the CORE Real Estate Team, the number one real estate boutique in NYC.
He has not only provided consulting services for business owners in Japan and the U.S., as well as major Japanese companies, government agencies, but also provided consulting services for U.S. companies expanding into Asia, including immigration assistance and business expansion. He has also been a commentator for Major Japanese TV show TOKYO MX2 World Markets.
Satoshi is dedicated to his work as well as has a passion for people. He supports a local NYC organization known as “Pay it Forward” in NYC, which supports single parent families, first generation student who went to college in their family, and first generation Immigrant.

Toshiyuki Hayashida
Senior Management Advisor
Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation – NTT DATA Corporation
For over 30 years since the 1980s, he held various positions such as general manager and division manager at Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation, the predecessor of NTT DATA, and led numerous super-giant corporate projects to success as their leader while managing over 500 subordinates. He also served as the representative director of a consolidated subsidiary for over 10 years, and achieved many management improvements.
While leading the success of huge projects as a top manager, he has always been passionate about “corporate reform”, and has been a driving force behind numerous innovations since around 2013, including the open innovation “From the Port of Toyosu”, which has revitalized the collaboration between large companies and startups.
